SERVICE RECORD
BAC earned his commission as a Second Lieutenant and traded the maintenance world for the cockpit of an HH-60W Jolly Green II with the 41st Rescue Squadron. This was widely considered a promotion until people realized they had given BAC an aircraft.
Downrange, BAC became famous for treating orders as more of a strongly worded suggestion. Whenever someone needed rescuing, radios mysteriously stopped working, instructions became “garbled,” and BAC somehow ended up exactly where he had been told not to be.
BAC eventually brought this finely tuned sense of self-preservation to VFA-199 Wet Death, where he now flies fighters for CVW-0. His career goals are simple: fly fast, make questionable decisions, and finally secure the squadron’s coveted title of “Pilot Most Likely to Be Shot Down the Most.” Competition is fierce, but BAC remains committed to putting himself in unnecessary danger until morale improves.
