LTCDR Will “Reaper” Perez has built a reputation across CVW-0 as one of the most technically gifted (and least predictable) sticks in the air wing. As the Weapons and Tactics Officer for VFA-199 “Wet Death,” he's the standard the rest of the squadron measures itself against: aggressive, precise, and entirely willing to fly the jet past the point where more cautious pilots are already reaching for the ejection handle.

His flying style leaves little room for hesitation. Where other pilots look for the safe solution, Reaper looks for the fast one, trusting his hands, his instincts, and more than a decade of experience to close the gap between “risky” and “routine.” Every threat assessment on him tends to agree on one point: extremely dangerous behind the stick.

Off duty, the danger doesn't exactly go away, it just changes targets. Long nights, questionable decisions, and a steady diet of coffee and Slim Jims fuel a running, unresolved war against hostile microwaves that nobody aboard Leviathan has ever gotten a straight explanation for. As Reaper puts it himself: “If it has wings, I'll fly it. If it has a microwave button, I'll probably fight it.”
