Christian “Tesla” Cooley is the systems savant and combat technologist of Carrier Air Wing ZERO, a pilot whose mind moves faster than most aircraft he’s flown. With a background in electrical engineering and cybernetics, Tesla came into naval aviation as an anomaly, the rare pilot who could write his own avionics patch mid-flight and still win a dogfight. His callsign was earned after a maintenance tech caught him rerouting power through a Hornet’s ECM bus to boost radar gain, a move so reckless and brilliant that “Tesla” became permanent shorthand for “it worked, but it shouldn’t have.” One of the most technically gifted and eccentric pilots in Carrier Air Wing ZERO (CVW-0).
