WAFFLE

SERVICE RECORD

LT Sebastiaan “WAFFLE” Hagebeek is a disciplined and experienced fighter pilot known for staying calm when situations turn chaotic. He favors clear communication, strong situational awareness, and getting the mission done without unnecessary drama.

Methodical and confident in the cockpit, WAFFLE has a particular talent for holding things together when conditions start to deteriorate. He has little interest in showing off; his philosophy is simple: complete the mission, bring the jet home, repeat. His flying style stays calm and deliberate, right up until the moment a situation calls for something more aggressive, and then it does.

Between sorties, that seriousness gives way to a relaxed personality and a dry sense of humor. Quietly confident and dependable, he's earned a reputation as someone whose judgment can be trusted when the pressure is on, to the point where his callsign has become almost as recognizable around the squadron as the pilot himself.

“If WAFFLE says it's under control,” the saying goes, “it's probably under control.” He doesn't look for trouble. He just happens to be very good at dealing with it.
